Rated at 3 µF and 400 VAC, it conforms to the highest safety class S3 as specified in IEC 60252-1 and is IEC 60335-1 compatible for household and similar electrical appliance applications. The capacitor features self-healing properties, high insulation resistance, and a low dissipation factor, with wire lead terminals for straightforward installation.
